Anax Kopsidas condemns all forms of hatred, evil and violence, and only tolerates the use of love and peaceful means, not force, to bring about political or social change.
Anax Kopsidas disassociates himself with any person or organisation using violence, force or illegal means to bring about political or social change.
People using violence, force or illegal means to achieve political or social change are not associated with Kopsidas in any way shape or form.
Peace and Love to all the people in the world.
If the Hellenic people wish to end the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire's subjugation of them and their country, they will have to withdraw their consent for the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire, and redirect their approval to Kopsidas of Ellada (Ελλάδα), granting Kopsidas unlimited political power over the country and its people. In doing so, the Hellenic people will peaceably move from a Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire to a Hellenic Monarchy where Kopsidas will be the Anax of Ellada (Ελλάδα). The autocratic powers of the Anax will be temporary. After which, the Anax of Ellada (Ελλάδα), will recreate the conditions for the Great Rhetra. The Kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα) will then move from an Absolute Monarchy to The Great Rhetra.
Under the Laws of the Land, Kopsidas, the Anax of Ellada (Ελλάδα), will render all contracts between Greek citizens and the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire null and void. (See Seisachtheia and Kopsidas pages)
Kopsidas, the Anax of Ellada has the Divine authority to change the laws of the Papacy i.e. the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire.
All administrative acts are to be regulated by prescriptions and outlined in laws maintaining justice within the kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα).
A referendum will be held in Ellada (Ελλάδα) in a peaceful and civilised manner.
The questions are.
1. Do the Hellenic people want to terminate the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire's Constitution of Greece?
2. Do the People of Ellada (Ελλάδα) wish to remain subjugated to a Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire with the Pope as the Emperor or peacefully move to a Hellenic Politeia with Anax Kopsidas as the rightful Emperor?
3. Do, the Hellenic people, want an interest-free monetary system controlled by a Hellenic Politeia rather than the debt based Semitic central banking system of the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire?
4. Do the Hellenic people want the Anax Kopsidas to construct a Politeia in Athens operated by the Hellenes in Ellada?
5. Do the Hellenic people want the Anax Kopsidas to cancel all contracts between Greek citizens and the Semitic-Germanic Holy Roman Empire including all debt obligations?
The Spartan Constitution, or Politeia, refers to the government and laws of the Dorian city-state of Sparta from the time of Lycurgus, the lawgiver.
Lycurgus was the lawgiver of Sparta that lived between IX (9th) and VIII (8th) century B C. who established the military-oriented reformation of Spartan society
Reforms introduced by Lycurgus were in the form of a Rhetra. The definition of Rhetra is "Law" or "Maxim".
Anax Kopsidas of the Kingdom of Ellada is the lawgiver of the Kingdom of Ellada and with the consent of the Hellenic people will reintroduced The Great Rhetra for the Kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα).
Politeia is a natural phenomenon. The Politeia is a partnership of Free Men. Women and citizens. It refers to the institutions and laws of the land. It is a composite thing which is made up of many parts and has a collection of citizens. Rhetra defines the powers of the various groups and individuals (citizens) living and interacting with the politeia within the Kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα). The Kingdom of the Ellada (Ελλάδα) is the kingdom of God (βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ). The whole order of social and political relationships in a polis. It includes 'the inherent natural liberties of free men and women' (full free citizens) to a 'form of assembly, sovereign institutions and their sovereign divine posts under the jurisdiction of Divine and Natural Law. Full, free citizens of the politeia vote and rule as a whole in the interests of all full, free citizens, as opposed to democratia (democracy) in which the consent of the governed (legal citizens) act and legislate in their own interest under positive laws.
Our form of Politeia does not enter into rivalry with the institutions of others.
Constantinople i.e. Byzantium was the location of the Hellenic/Roman politeia in the East.
The location for the new Hellenic politeia will be centered in the City of Athens, and is known as "The Great Rhetra."
Our Politeia is the continuation of the Spartan, Athenian, Roman, and Byzantine politeia's.
The politeia will consist of a good blend of monarchy, oligarchy and democracy.
Our laws are not made for men and women to become the most prosperous but are laws for men and women to become the most virtuous, and its objective is a full and independent life.
The Kingdom of Ellada (Βασίλειον τῆς Ἑλλάδος) refers to the land and sea mass inhabited by ancient tribes. It includes the vessel and the corporation HELLAS.
Ancient Ellada (Ελλάδα) is an area in Epirus located between Dodona, the Achelous river and Thessaly.
The area of the modern Kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα) today is Total 131,957 km2, 50,949 sq mi - Water (%) 0.8669.
The modern Kingdom of Ellada (Ελλάδα) includes all the ancient tribes and territories which forms a league. The word Hellas and Hellene can also refer to the legal person i.e. a Greek citizen.

The kingdom is ruled by a hereditary Anax of the Kopsidas family. (see KOPSIDAS page).
The Anax holds the highest seats of authority.
The duties of the Anax are primarily religious, judicial, and militaristic. The Anax is the chief priest and supreme governor of the politeia.
For the sake of good governance and the decent respect to the opinions of Mankind the Anax of Ellada will declare that he will dissolve the HELLENIC PARLIAMENT and the Greek Constitution along with other corporations operating within the sovereign territory of the Anax of Ellada.
A new constitution will be framed for Greek citizens.
The Anax of Ellada (Ελλάδα) will inform those over whom his authority is to be exercised in the form of a letters patent.
A Letters patent in the form of published written orders will be issued by the Anax of Ellada granting an office, right, monopoly, title, the law of the land and status to a person or corporation, and for the granting of city status or a coat of arms.
There is one system of law court and several jurisdictions operating in the politeia.
Jurisdiction 1. Is where full, free citizens (natural persons) work and function under the Inherent Natural Law.
Jurisdiction 2. Is where Greek citizens (legal persons) through their consent, live and work under Positive laws. Positive laws are subject to natural laws.
Natural Law (jus naturale) denotes a system of rules and principles for the guidance of human conduct which, independently of enacted law or of the systems peculiar to any one people, might be discovered by the rationale intelligence of man, and world be found to grow out of and conform to his nature, meaning by that word his whole mental, moral, and physical constitution.
Justice and the Rule of Law rules absolutely in the politeia.
Judges and magistrates and will be elected by lot and held accountable by the Apella.
All cases involving full free citizens will be heard in a natural jurisdiction.
Legal (Greek) citizens (trustees) will act through their legal person. Cases involving statutory legislation (positive laws) will be tried in positive law courts, while cases for homicide will be tried in the Areopagus.
The Areios Pagos is the highest court in the Hellenic Politeia (The Great Rhetra), Europe and the world.
A system of courts in Ellada (Ελλάδα), held by authority of the Absolute Sovereign (Kopsidas), and having jurisdiction over matters pertaining to the religion and ritual of the Ekklesia/Apella, and the rights, duties, and discipline of ecclesiastical persons as such.
All Full Free Citizens are Equal in their Nature.
Full citizenship is limited to those who were born of a full free citizen mother and a full free citizen father, not one side only.
Full, free citizenship is inherited by blood. A full free citizen (free man) in good standing is one who maintains his or hers inherent natural liberties, respects the rule of law, is productive, competent and, self-governing.
Full free citizens govern with an eye to the common interest.
Every citizen is expected to act with honor and truth in manners that involve family, the community, the nation, the environment, and God.
Adherence to ancient traditions as opposed to change. The importance of rhetorical skill, and the significance of achieving impartiality, and "righteous action." The rich should help the less fortunate rather than exploit them.
To no one do the full, free citizens sell their inherent natural liberties (inherent birthrights). Full free citizens possess their inherent natural liberties, they can own and hold property without paying property tax and will not pay any income tax. Full free citizens have full political liberties.
A full, free citizen is the "defender of Hellenism."
A full free citizen lives and works in a natural law jurisdiction.
Full free citizens are the grantors of all land and natural resources and are the beneficiaries of all natural resources and tax receipts.
Not all inhabitants are considered full, free citizens part of the Damos (Demos). The only people eligible to receive full, free citizenship, are free men and women who can trace their ancestry back to at least 1821 or, prior to Ottoman occupation, and to one of the ancient tribes listed above. Eligible citizens must upgrade their citizenship from a Greek/Hellenic citizenship, legal citizen, a trustee in a positive law jurisdiction (jurisdiction 2) to a full free citizenship (Freeman) in a natural law jurisdiction (jurisdiction 1) of the politeia. (see diagram below)
Semites can never obtain Free Full Citizenry, partake in the agoge nor hold a sovereign divine post irrespective of how long they have domiciled in Ellada.
Full, free citizens will have to undertake the education process known as the agoge. Full, free citizens are, magistrates, ambassadors, and governors as well as soldiers.
A free-born who completes the agoge will become a "peer" with full civil liberties at the age of 20.
All citizens including the Anax and Gerousia must take an oath binding them to observe the laws of the land.
Full, free citizens hold the equitable interest in the titles held by the Greek/Hellenic citizens. Greek/Hellenic citizens hold the legal title to their legal person.
Full, free citizens are the beneficiaries to the legal title held by the legal (Greek) citizen.
With the consent of the governed, the free men and women of the politeia shall have the right to usufruct use over Greek citizens.
Titles held by the full free citizens will include "Full Free Citizen" followed by a freeman title. A freeman title will be given some time after a child's birth by a body properly summoned for that purpose.
Note: To be recognised as a Free Man in the politeia, all eligible legal citizens must be issued a new title (name). All titles will be issued by the Anax of Ellada - Kopsidas I of Ellada.
Full free citizens of the politeia do not share the highest offices of the land; they only elect eligible full free citizens who must be well-educated and virtuous to occupy a sovereign divine post, i.e. the Apella, treasury, etc, and must have served in the agoge.
All full, free citizens in the politeia are equal before the law.
Greek citizens can't vote in the full free citizens elections.
Full, free citizens will be able to borrow money at no interest.
An integral part of the country's rise to power includes the complete and undivided allegiance to politeia from all its citizens.
Others are described as legal citizens also known as adopted citizens, resident aliens, Greek/Hellenic citizens, legal citizens or legal persons and includes short term, long term migrants, and permanent immigrants.
A Hellenic citizen or Greek citizen is also a native of modern Greece (chiefly in the title of the now Royal family "the Anax of the Hellenes." Full free citizenship is not constituted by domicile.
Greek/Hellenic citizens do not possess full, free citizen (Freeman) liberties. Greek/Hellenic citizens have benefits and privileges granted by the full free citizens of the politeia. They do not have the liberty to own the equitable title in property and will be subject to property tax. They are not eligible to vote in the free politeia or occupy a sovereign divine post. Legal, Greek citizens are the trustees acting and living in a positive law jurisdiction. All property is held in trust by the Greek citizens acting as trustees. Adopted or legal citizens are under a commercial treaty.
Greek citizenship (i.e. legal persons) does not constitute membership into the Apella. There is a "Wall of Separation Between the Apella and Greek Citizens."
Greek citizens are an autonomous group. Greek citizens are not allowed to maintain an "equal" status to a full free citizen, though free, they are not full free citizens.
Greek citizens govern with an eye to the common interest.
Under the law of the land, Greek citizens are subject to the suzerainty of the politeia.
Titles held by the legal (Greek) citizens will begin with Mr. Mrs. or Miss followed by a given name and surname. Titles will be granted in the form of a birth certificate by the births registry. The birth registry will grant legal (Greek) citizenship.
When a child is born in the Kingdom of Ellada, the hospital, medical facility or midwife gives parents a Birth Registration Statement. Parents then use the Birth Registration Statement to register their child's birth and apply for a birth certificate. The child's name is enrolled in the register.
A standard birth certificate is a proof of legal identity. It is the first step in establishing identity and is often required for official purposes such as claiming government benefits and enrolling a child in childcare and school.
Legal (Greek) citizens are required to serve in the armed forces but cannot serve in the agoge.
Legal (Greek) Citizens in the role of civil servants shall be the executors of the will of the full, free citizens and shall serve the legal citizens, owing allegiance to the Law of the Land and devotion to the politeia. The qualifications and the manner of their appointment shall be specified by the Law of the Land.
Legal citizens will be able to borrow money for productive investment at "no interest".
Greek citizens (employees/trustees) will be a part of the vessel and corporation GREECE also trading as HELLAS.
The vessel and corporation GREECE or HELLAS, not to be confused with the Kingdom of Ellada, is a corporation (legal person). Greek citizens are subject to all statutes in the corporation. The Greek boule corporation (parliament) is the legislative body responsible for creating statutory legislation for Greek citizens by Greek citizens i.e. members of parliament.
Government under the law predates democracy. The politeia will have a mixed governmental state, it will be composed of elements of monarchical, oligarchical and democratic systems.
The absolute sovereign of Ellada (Ελλάδα) is the hereditary anax. Kopsidas I Anax of Ellada, as the descendant of the Dorians, the Spartan kingship. (see Kopsidas page). The Kopsidae anax receives greater honour by seniority of the family for being the "oldest extant."
The duties of the anax are primarily religious, judicial, and militaristic.
There will be three deliberative assemblies operating in the politeia. The Anax forms the fourth component of the legislature.
The Apella (Hellenic: Ἀπέλλα), corresponds to the Ecclesia.
The Apella is the popular deliberative assembly, open to all male and female full, free citizens with two years of military service. Full, free citizens can participate in the Apella, regardless of class. The assembly will be responsible for electing officials. It will handle nominating and electing judges, magistrates and the Gerousia. Along with the Gerousia, it will have the final say on legislation and the right to call magistrates to account after their year of office.
The Apella will meet at the beginning every month during the full moon. The agenda for the Apella will be set by the Gerousia, the popular council.
The meeting place for the Apella will be in the building known as the Skias. The Skias is to be constructed in the Politeia Square, Athens.
Members of the Apella cannot serve in the Boule or even vote in the Hellenic Parliament elections (just as the Anax does not vote); however, they are permitted to sit in the chamber of the Boule during debates.
The Apella along with the Gerousia has the power to delay or reject legislation proposed by the Boule.
Members of the Apella are elected by the full free citizens and not from the population at large.
The jurisdiction of the Apella is Natural law.
The Gerousia are a council of elders and is made up 60-year-old, or over, full free citizens, men and women.
Members of the Gerousia will be chosen by lot by the Apella and will serve for life.
The Gerousia will consist of 29 full, full free citizens and one Anax.
The councilors of the Gerousia will swear an oath "to advise according to the laws of the land" and, to advise on what is best for the country and people.
The meeting place for the Gerousia will be in the building Gerousia building, to be constructed in the Politeia Square.
The jurisdiction of the Gerousia is natural/divine law.
The Parliament of the Hellenes is a democratically elected chamber with elections held at least every four years. The Parliament of the Hellenes will meet in the newly constructed Parliament/Boule situated in Politeia Square, Athens. By constitutional convention, all government ministers, including the Prime Minister, are members of the Parliament of the Hellenes.
The constitutional government will remain.
The Boule are a secular members of the Apella.
The Boule (Parliament) represents Greek citizens through an elected body. It is a legislature of 300 members, elected for a four-year term.
The Hellenic Parliament (Βουλή των Ελλήνων), "Parliament of the Hellenes" is an elected body consisting of 300 members known as Members of Parliament (MPs) or βουλευτές.
The Government is primarily responsible to the Boule, and the prime minister stays in office only as long as he or she retains the support of a majority of its members.
There are numerous qualifications that apply to Members of the Boule. Most importantly, one must be aged at least 21 and must be a Greek citizen of HELLAS.
A contract exists between the Anax and the community of the realm. The Anax cannot tax Greek citizens without their consent, with the implication that consent can only be legitimately given by a body properly summoned for the purpose, in other words, a Boule (parliament).
The meeting place for the Hellenic Parliament will be constructed in the new Politeia Square.
The agoge is the rigorous education and training regimen mandated for all male and female full, free citizens, except for the firstborn son in the ruling house of Kopsidas.
The training will involve learning stealth, cultivating loyalty to the group, military training (e.g. pain tolerance), hunting, dancing, singing and social (communicating) preparation.
The aim of the system is to produce physically and morally strong males and females to serve in the agoge.
Aristotle, one of the fathers of Western thought, wrote in his 350 B.C. work, Politics, in Book One, Part X, that usury is the lending of money at interest:
“The most hated sort, and with the greatest reason, is usury, which makes a gain out of money itself, and not from the natural object of it. For money was intended to be used in exchange, but not to increase at interest. And this term interest, which means the birth of money from money, is applied to the breeding of money because the offspring resembles the parent. Wherefore of all modes of getting wealth this is the most unnatural.”
Today, usury has been taken to mean the lending of money at some arbitrary “exorbitant” rate of interest. Traditionally, however, it has been viewed as the lending of money at any interest rate.
Usury will be outlawed in the Hellenic politeia.
A new Treasury will be constructed in the Inner City of Athens, Politeia Square.
Money is not a measure of value in our economy. Money is a vehicle which is used as a system of credit which is necessary to organize certain kinds of projects that are beneficial to society as a whole. That is the real meaning of money in our economy. The monetary system is a convenient way of organizing exchanges. We don't have a money economy but rather a physical economy. Money is necessary for the economy, but it's not the purpose of the economy. Money is a means of organizing the efforts of an economy. The value of what is produced is the real value, not in a money value but rather a physical value. Physical economy is the real economy.
The primary objective of the Royal Treasury is to record and control the quantity of money in the economy. The monetary policy of the Royal Treasury is to maintain price stability and ensure economic growth. The Royal Treasury does not borrow money or credit, it creates it using the Royal Mint.
Once Treasury has agreed to extend new money and credit into the economy, new money is monetized by the Royal Bank of Hellas (RBoH) and recorded by Treasury and allocated to state banks throughout the Country. The physical money is minted at the Royal Mint. The public credit is loaned out to the population for productive investment. Thus the real banking moral functions are preserved, and only corruption and the gambling banking system is shut down.
The Royal Treasury will function as a sovereign institution within the politeia and will issue Public Money consisting of coin, banks notes and electronic money and credit. Coins and banknotes will be made from a mixture of materials and will be called Euro, after the ancient Queen of Crete, Europa. Sovereign money and credit are meant to encourage self-sufficiency for all citizens. The national currency will be created at the Royall Mint and controlled by the Royal Treasury subject to the Law of the Land. Borrowing at interest from foreign financial institutions will be outlawed and punishable by death.
The money supply will be encrypted with nano technology in order to prevent counterfeiting. Money encryption will enable the Treasury to control the money supply which will control inflation, deflation or stagflation.
The money supply will increase or decrease dependent on population growth and productivity.
Governors of the Royal Treasury will be elected by lot by the Gerousia and will be held accountable by the Apella.
A tax system will be used to control the quantity of money in the financial system. The tax system will help protect against inflation in the event of an oversupply of liquidity.
Full Free Citizens are the beneficiaries of all the tax receipts.
The Royal Treasury will collect tax revenues and use tax revenues to loan out to all citizens (without interest), for the productive investment of the economy.
Tariffs on some imported goods will be levied to protect local manufacturers, crop growers, and farmers.
The Royal Treasury building will be constructed in the new Politeia Square.
The Banknote Printing Works or Royal Mint is to print banknotes (encrypted paper bills) for the Treasury.
The Royal Mint will be equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for the manufacturing of coin dies and the striking of legal tender coins, commemorative and collectors' coins, medals, etc.
The Banknote Printing Works or Royal Mint building will be constructed in the new Politeia Square.
Once the Treasury has agreed to extend the amount of new money and credit into the economy, the treasury records and allocates the new money and credit to the central bank, the Royal Bank of Hellas (RBoH). The public credit through loans finds it's way to the population for productive investment through state banks.
The Greek government will borrow Money on the credit of Hellas/Greece from the Royal Bank of Hellas (RBoH) at "no interest." Strict conditions will be imposed on the lending of money and credit from the treasury.
The practice of lending money i.e. usury is a convenient form of exchange, and not to increase at interest. Interest i.e. money born from money will be outlawed.
Fractional reserve banking by private financial institutions will also be outlawed. Government bonds will be outlawed.
It will be possible for other European countries to borrow money and credit "Euros" from the Royal Bank of Hellas (RBoH) at "no interest."
The Royal Bank of Hellas (RBoH) will be built and located in the Inner City of Athens, Politeia Square.
There is one system of owning property. Full Free Citizens (grantors) own some property in common, and some property privately. They are not subject to property tax.
Greek Citizens (trustees) obtain the legal title for the use of property but cannot own the equitable interest in the property. They are subject to property tax with the exception of money. No tax, i.e. interest will be levied on money lending.
The ephors are also leaders of the politeia and share power with the Anax of Ellada, and the and Apella. 13 ephors will be elected annually from each Periferia, who "swear on behalf of Ellada and the rule of law".
The ephors are chosen by popular election from the whole body of full, free citizens. Full, free citizens who are well-educated and virtuous will be eligible for election.
The ephors provide oversight to the Anax of Ellada.
The lochos is a tactical sub-unit of the army.
The politeia must be subject to law, and a well-functioning politeia cannot, of course, exist without respect for the rule of law
Dishonest or fraudulent conduct involving tyranny, treason, embezzlement, bribery and nepotism by those in power will be seriously dealt with.
Severe cases of corruption will incur the punishment of execution. Lesser crimes will incur the punishment of life incarceration.
The immediate family of a perpetrator will also be held accountable.
The Law of the Land will be available on this website in due course.
