​For the Record:

My mother's paternal name is Aravani, and her mother's maiden name is Malfa. She was born in Karya, Lefkada, i.e., Ithaca, Aegialia. My mother was a Karyatid.

My father's mother's maiden name is Aravani. My father was born in Karya, Lefkada, i.e., Ithaca, Aegialia. My father was a Karyiotis. 

My ancestral family name is Kopsidas. 

Using the Julian/Gregorian calendar (Anno Domini), I was born on the Third of September, Nineteen Sixty Three on the island, now known as Lefkada. In ancient times Lefkada was better known as Ithaca ,and before that as Aegialia.

I am of Aegialian Pelasgian descent.

This land was first called Aegialia Pelasgia before it was called Europe and Greece, although the word Europe stems from Europs who was the son of the autochthon King Aegialeus (the city-state of Aegialia was later renamed Sicyon). 

The name Europe is also associated with Europa, a Semitic Phoenician princess.

I was born by God's providence to take matters concerning my property into my hands. 

I have received the throne of Aegialia Pelasgia through Inheritance as of my Natural Birth Right.  Therefore, I am the Absolute Sovereign, the First Crown, and guardian of Aegialia Pelasgia.

A tribe who identify themselves as 'Hellenes' and/or "Greeks" and others of the like invaded Aegialia Pelasigia, and now they unlawfully occupy my Jurisdiction.  The Hellenes/Greeks came from Arabia and Northwest Africa (Mauritania), and claim they descended from the Kingdom of Uranus.

Semitic writers of myths and history have invented monstrous stories about the Titans, Olympians, Jesus Christ, the apostles, the gospels, the god Yahweh, the Israelites, Hebrews, and Jews. Still, for my part, I Kopsidas shall endeavor to go over the accounts that this group of writers has given, aiming to clarify these ambiguous, embellished, exoteric, and deceptive accounts of religion and history.

I Declare:

1. The Country Hellas and/or Greece and the continent of Europe were first known as Aegialia Pelasgia.
2. I am not an Hellene.
3. I am not an Hellenic citizen.
   
4. I am not a Greek.
5. I am not a Greek Citizen.
6. I am not an employee of the company HELLAS/GREECE; therefore, The Constitution of Greece does not apply to me.
7. I am not a European, associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess.
8. I am not a European Citizen associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess.
9. I am not an employee of the European Union Corporation associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess..
10. The company, 'The Hellenic Parliament', and all other companies of the like are operating in my Jurisdiction without my consent.
11. The European Union Corporation and the Euro currency associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess are operating in my Jurisdiction Aegialia Pelasgia without my consent.
12. A GREEK and EUROPEAN tax system associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess is operating in my Jurisdiction without my consent.
13. All GREEK and EUROPEAN Law Courts, Police Forces, Military, Schools, and Municipalities operate in my Jurisdiction without my consent.
14. I have never sold my Inherent Natural Birth Rights to the Crown of England and/or the Catholic Church.
    
15. I possess all my Inherent Natural Birth Rights.
    
16. The company HELLAS and/or GREECE, the European Union Corporation associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princes, and the Church of Greece, which is inseparably united in doctrine with the Orthodox Catholic Church, and with every other Church of Jesus Christ of the same doctrine, i.e., the Catholic Church in Rome are operating in my Jurisdiction without my consent.
    
17.  I am not a descendant of Noah, Shem, Ham, or Japheth.
    
18. Greek and European Positive Law courts associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess and the Seven Laws of Noah have no Jurisdiction over me. 
19. The prevailing religion in Aegialia Pelasgia is not that of the Orthodox Catholic Church or any other doctrine of the cult of Jesus Christ.
    
20. It appears that Jesus Christ was Julius Caesar.
    
21. The cult of Jesus Christ appears to be Julius Caesar's cult, which they claim to be the kingdom of Uranus, who came from Arabia and northwest Africa (Mauritania).
    
22. A Trust was set up by the Catholic Church, with Jesus Christ, i.e., Divus Iulius (Julius Caesar), as the testator. A Trust is an arrangement whereby a legal person (a trustee/a citizen) holds property as its nominal owner for the good of one or more beneficiaries. The trust'sbeneficiaries where a large portion of tax revenues that concerns my property appears to go to the Catholic Church and its minions. The trust was set up and is operating in my Jurisdiction, i. e, Aegialia Pelasgia, without my consent. 
23. We do not acknowledge nor recognise Jesus Christ/Julius Caesar (Divus Iulius) as God, nor Divi filius  (Augustus), nor Caesarion (King of Kings) as gods, nor as the son of a god.
    
24. The ancestry of the Semitic Romans, i.e., Romanum–Ouranon (Trojans), i.e., the Catholic Church, the Hellenes (Seileni), and the European Royal families associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess can be traced back to northwest Africa (Mauritania).
    
25. We do not recognise European titles of nobility associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess in Aegialia Pelasgia.
    
26. I am not a Trustee of the Catholic Church.
    
27. I do not have a first name recorded at the registry office of Lefkada.
    
28. My title does not represent a legal person.
29. I am a Natural Person.
    
30. I reserve the right to act through any title without forfeiting any of my Inherent Natural Liberties.
    
31. I have not entered into a contract with the company GREECE/EUROPE associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess..
    
32. I have not sworn any oaths to the company GREECE/EUROPE associated with Europa, the Semitic Phoenician princess.. 
33. The original site of the city of Jerusalem, (H)ieROsolyMA, is on Ithaca, Aegialia.
    
34. The original site of Mount Zion is on Ithaca, Aegialia. It was first known as Mount Nion and today it is known as Mount Skaros.
35. My title represents a natural person.
    
36. I am the Morning Star.

I am the Aegialian Pelasgian State, the Law Giver, the First Crown, and the Land's Highest Authority. 

The Kopsidas, Aravani, Malfa, Messene, and Ktena (Ectenes) clans belong to the Eteocretans, Minyans, and peaceful Aegialian Pelasgian clan. They make up our supreme council, which is called Peligones. We are autochthonous, the original and traditional landowners of Aegialia Pelasgia.

We Declare that the land, the Sea and all the Natural Resources belongs to us, the Aegialian Pelasgian tribe, as of our Inherent Natural Birth Right, which includes, but not limited to; gold, silver iron ore, lignite, zinc, lead, bauxite, petroleum, magnesite, water, copper, stones, and forests.

The Demiurge is our Father, and the Earth is our Mother, and we live our lives in Peace, Freedom, Honour, and Justice
